MACQUARIE REAL ESTATE PTY LTD trading as Macquarie Real Estate acquired the franchise of Macquarie Real Estate Eastern Shore from May 2005. Ian (Sos) Mills has been the Sales Manager of Macquarie Real Estate Eastern Shore since it opened in 1999. Over the past eight years the office has been very successful and has met the needs of a large number of buyers and sellers on Hobart’s Eastern Shore and the East Coast.

In October 2006, Sos Mills Real Estate Pty Ltd purchased the trading name of MACQUARIE REAL ESTATE and is carrying on the tradition established since 1993 of servicing fully all suburbs east and west of the Derwent River including Kingborough.

Who we are. MACQUARIE REAL ESTATE is a team of highly skilled sales and clerical staff.  Terry Kelly is the licensee with over 47 years in the real estate industry.  Ian (Sos) Mills is the proprietor with over 20 years in real estate.  Sales Consultant, Gloria Park has extensive experience in real estate (selling since 1996) and Sarah Freeman (sales consultant) also assists in administration.  Angela Richardson has accepted a part-time position as Property Manager.  Angela has been very successful in her management roles and is looking forward to assisting clients with their investment properties.
